About the CGMA
|
The Carolina Grounds Management Association (CGMA) was founded in March of 1990
by a group of dedicated landscape contractors focusing on landscape maintenance
in the Charlotte region for the purpose of education, information exchange and creating
a collective voice for our industry. Approaching it's 3 rd decade, the CGMA has
evolved and refined that initial focus.
Though members consist of owners of multi-million dollar firms to the one man operator,
all are focused on CGMA's purpose and vision:
To empower our membership to grow and prosper by promoting personal and professional
development of our members and enhancing the public image of our industry. We achieve
these goals by initiating annual trade shows, educational seminars, business symposiums,
mentoring programs, equipment field days and much more.
The CGMA continues to be the place landscape management professionals to grow and
